Chairman
Celia Monk. Dip MDT
Celia joined the McKenzie Institute in 1989, and from 1990 to 1995 worked
in the McKenzie Institute International clinics in Wellington, where she
was also involved with the early development of treatment using the Repex.
Celia gained her Dip MDT in 1993, and now works as an Independent Contractor
in private practice in Christchurch.
Secretary
Stuart Horton. Dip MDT
Stuart is the Branch secretary which involves liaising with the Chairman and
minuting the Branch meetings. He is involved in Clinical Education for
the University of Otago School of Physiotherapy's Postgraduate diploma
in Physiotherapy endorsed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy.
Membership Secretary
Helen MacDonald. Cred MDT
Helen is the Membership Secretary
and keeps the membership database for the New Zealand Branch. She works
in a private practice in Nelson.
Course Co-ordinator
Jan Harris
Jan is the Course Co-ordinator for the New Zealand Branch, in addition to her other
administration duties undertaken at the Institute's International Office.
Faculty
Grant Watson, Graeme Nuttridge, and Greg Lynch are the Instructors who teach the Parts A - D for the New Zealand Branch. Celia Monk is Probationary Faculty and Cheryl Hefford, Tom Burgi and John Davis-Havill are Associate Faculty.
